This year marks the 253rd anniversary of Wolfgang Amadeus and Leopold Mozart's stay in Padova and Paola Cattaneo is organizing her cultural project Mozart @ Podova for the fourth time around the days of the stay from 12 - 14 March. 

A series of concerts and symposia will take place from March 3 - 30. On March 30, the third plaque commemorating Mozart's stay will be unveiled at the Basilica di Santa Giustina. Wolfgang played the organ in the basilica during his stay. In addition to the "Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto" under the baton of Pinchas Zukerman, the concerts will be performed by the "Orchestra CONCENTUS MUSICUS PATAVINUS", the "I SOLISTI VENETI" under the direction of Giuliano Carella and the "OPEN ENSEMBLE - Conservatorio Pollini di Padova". In the two symposia, Sergio Durante will deal with Mozart's stay in Padova and Federico Gon with "Physiology and pathology in the works of Da Ponte-Mozart". The event takes place under the patronage of the European Mozart Ways.
