Mozart@Padova

Festival 2023

Two memorial plaques commemorate W.A. Mozart's stay in Padova in February 1771. One is on Palazzo Pesaro (now Pizzo) in Via Altinate, where the Mozarts stayed during their visit. The other is in the "Chiostro dei musicisti dell basilica del Santo". Here the Mozarts met Antonio Vallotti, a famous musician and music theorist.
