Mozarteum Foundation Salzburg

With the concert series "In Dialogue", contemporary music returns to the premises of the Mozarteum Foundation from 16 to 18 June.

The Amatis Trio with Ib Hausmann on clarinet will put Mozart in dialogue with Maurice Ravel and Olivier Messiaen. A sofa concert with the Stadler Quartet and Theodore Platt (baritone), hosted by Rolando Villazón, combines Mozart with works by Shane Woodborne. Mozart meets Kebyart is a saxophone quartet. Here we see how well Mozart, Georg Friedrich Haas and Jörg Widmann can be combined. In the final Christoph Sietzen, the sound magician with percussion and Salzburg roots, whirls with his virtuoso improvisations on Mozart with Hubert von Goisern, Toshi Ichiyanagi, Silvius Leopold Weiss and ToshioHosokawa.
